Low-Fat Banana Honey Muffin

Was a little bored yesterday so I baked some low-fat banana honey muffins. Did it successfully again today.

Dry Ingredients:
325g self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon mixed spice

Wet Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoon oil
240g mashed ripe banana
1 egg
3/4 cup skim milk

Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and mix the wet ingredients in. Fold gently until all the ingredients are mixed well. The batter should be lumpy.

Divide evenly among the muffin holes. Bake for 20 mins.
