What a better way to relax yourself after a stressful day than exercising. Exercise is not only good for the heart and body, but it also helps release 'happy hormons' to make you feel better psychologically.

Hubby and I have been saying that we want to go swimming at least 3 times a week. But so far, that plan has not been working for us. What lazy pigs we are!

Our UK lecturers were here with us for the past 2 weeks. And during one of the classes, they asked us to voice out our opinion about the course. And of course, everything has it's pros and cons.

Being the pioneer batch, our course seemed to have alot of problems initially, especially towards to management area. But I could see that things are really improving, thanks to our lecturers and course reps.

Oh yeah, back to the story, during that discussion period, we were asked to voice out whatever dissatisfactions we have regarding the course and also, we were each given two pieces of stick-on-notes, one pink and one green. We were asked to write down some good stuff about the course on the green note and bad ones on the pink without leaving our names on them, then stick them on the board when we leave the class. Creative way to stay anonymous eh.

If you are thinking of coming over to Mahsa to further your studies, I would advise you to think twice. Well actually the lecturers are pretty good, just that the management is really crappy!

Watched these 2 big hits recently.

1. 2012

Watching this really reminds me again that the end is near. I mean, signs are everwhere. War, earthquakes, turmoils and etc, as stated in the Bible. I always wonder whether I'll be the generation that see the end. But we will never know because it is all in God's hands.

In the movie, there was still hope for mankind, but we all know that when the real end comes, that will be it. Anyway, it's just a movie which is meant to be entertaining. The effects were a little fake for me. But overall, a feel good movie worth a watch.

2. New Moon


I felt that the way the story is brought out is better here in New Moon compared to Twilight. So thumbs up to the director this time round. Here in New Moon, we have a more complicated love triangle as written in the book (which I only read the synopsis at the back of the book..lol). The movie caters more for teens and Twilight fans. If you are not one, you may not find this movie really interesting.

I'm not a fan, but I kinda enjoyed the movie anyway. And remember to check out those 6-packs on Jacob. Hubby wants to build a body like him now, after watching New Moon. Haha!

Last Friday, Gary's colleague, Nagend 'ajak-ed' us to Bangkok Jazz to see Phunk Mob perform.

We arrived early as Nagend had booked a table for 4 and if we didn't, they would cancel our reservations. And from the beginning, Hubby and I have been wondering who's the other person that Nagend called along. Then suddenly, I saw a familiar face.



It was Jeff. And then we found out, that Jeff's sis was the other person that Nagend called along to see the band perform. What a small small world!


Finally, after waiting for about 30 mins, the band got on the stage and took our breaths away. They were good!
